The Lake Forest Sun & Sail Club provides fabulous amenities to many of the residents in the city. Serrano Park is one of Lake Forest’s most sought after communities. Located in at the corner of Trabuco Road and Paseo Sombre, it is comprised of 600 homes ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to approximately 3,250 square feet. The community offers tranquil parks, greenbelts, walk/bike trails, clubhouse, 2 pool areas, spa, tennis courts, sand volleyball, playground and picnic area.
The Lake Forest Beach & Tennis Club contains many recreational facilities for enjoyment; two swimming pools, a swimming lagoon, a wading pool, an indoor spa, six lighted tennis courts, outdoor volleyball and basketball courts, an exercise room, a billiards room and an lounge with a bar and large screen TV. We also have a preschool program on-site. In addition, several rooms are available in the clubhouse for Club functions or to rent for private parties. Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park encompasses approximately 2,500 acres of riparian and oak woodland canyons, rolling grassland hills and steep slopes of coastal sage scrub and chaparral. The park is highlighted by scenic rock formations, including the beautiful Red Rock Canyon. There are three intermittent streams: Borrego, Serrano and Aliso Creek meandering through the park, each hosting an abundance of wildlife. Remnants of the former cattle ranching days can be seen throughout the park.
