She co-owns Orange County Realty Company with her husband and broker, Herb Dittrick, which they founded in 2004. She has successfully closed hundreds of transaction throughout her career.
She holds a BA in Exercise Physiology, with an emphasis on aging, from Chapman University in Orange, CA. Her expertise in selling real estate, coupled with her extensive prior career in senior care, health and fitness equips her with unique insights into the challenges seniors face.
LaVonne's prior experience includes working as a nurse aide in a long- term care facility for seniors while attending high school and college.
She owned and operated her own health club, LaVonne Aerobics & Personal Training and was featured in her own exercise television show.

"I was so very fortunate to live near my mother throughout the last 40 years of her life. She was my best friend. She began exercising on a regular basis at age 60 and continued to do so for the rest of her life. I helped her sell the home she had owned for many years, and transition to a senior community. She moved in with Herb and I at age 86. Still driving and enjoying an active lifestyle, she thrived for many years. She died peacefully at age 96. We were her primary caregivers."
