Buyers select the properties that meet their search criteria by viewing homes posted on major internet home buying sites as well as on individual Realtor websites. It is extremely important that your home show well on the Internet. The listing should always include digital photos and a virtual/photo tour. An effective Internet presence attracts local buyers, and buyers who may be relocating to your area from across the country.

Most buyers today do not wait to have their agent show them property for sale. Most buyers shop online to see what homes are on the open house list for the weekend and visit the home initially during the open house. If they have interest, they contact their agent.
