It is far easier to point and click your way through a website that allows you to select your search criteria, rather then sort through a maze of vague newspaper ads that tell very little about the property. It is important that the Realtor you choose has an effective presence on the major Internet sites.

Buyers select the properties that meet their search criteria by viewing homes posted on major internet home buying sites as well as on individual Realtor websites. It is extremely important that your home show well on the Internet. The listing should always include digital photos and a virtual/photo tour. An effective Internet presence attracts local buyers, and buyers who may be relocating to your area from across the country.

Most buyers today do not wait to have their agent show them property for sale. Most buyers shop online to see what homes are on the open house list for the weekend and visit the home initially during the open house. If they have interest, they contact their agent. These sites, along with thousands of others pick up the MLS and allow buyers to view photos, virtual tours, and other information about your home including open house dates.

REALTOR.COM:
We have featured listing relationship with Realtor.com which assures that your home will be listed at the top of every page in a the property search of all of Lake Forest which gives your home maximum exposure.

MAILINGS/PASSOUTS: Direct Mailings: We will mail and /or pass out sales brochures to 5,000 homes in Lake Forest. Many agents do not take the time or expense and therefore do not take advantage of this effective marketing technique.

ATTENTION: THERE ARE NO OPEN HOUSES AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID.  OPEN HOUSE: Open house does work! We believe the best way to market your home is to get as many buyers into your home as possible. Similar to the retail sales business, you can’t sell a product that is not on the shelf.
