Summary:

In 2010 LaVonne and Herb negotiated the sale of my former home (equity sale) in less than 3 mos including a 21 day close of escrow for a good profit in a declining real estate market. Lavonne then assisted me in purchasing a new property in 2011(better fit for my current needs) for a sale price $50K less than the original asking price. This purchase was a short sale and Lavonne coached me to the end to assist with closing this difficult transaction.
