We provide all of our clients with a free comparative market analysis.  If you would like us to provide you with the ACCURATE market value of your, home please contact us.  We have a two appointment process in order to truly evaluate your home.  The first appointment is when we come and view your home. On that visit, we view any and all improvements, and evaluate your location and lot size.  We then return to our office and determine the best sales comparables for your home. We prepare the market analysis, then call you for a second appointment to give you the results.  Websites and realtors that state they can provide you with the market value of your home, without actually viewing your home,  are grossly inacurate!
