Serrano Park is a master planned housing community located in Lake Forest, California.  It is comprised of 600 single family residences.  The homes were built by S&S over a span of 10 years.  The first phase began in 1976 and the final phase was completed in 1987.  Serrano Park offers the homeowner a unique, outdoorsy lifestyle because the community encompasses several acres of parks, greenbelts, walking and bike trails that meander throughout the tract.
